Josée earned her Executive MBA from the SFU Beedie School of Business and is passionate about empowering women in leadership roles within the industry.

Marie-Claude Tardif is the Vice President and CFO at Iceberg Finance Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial management and strategic development. In her previous roles at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, she specialized in risk management and financial consulting, driving impactful solutions for clients.

As a CPA, she is committed to upholding the highest standards in finance and business practices. Marie-Claude is also passionate about empowering women in leadership roles within the financial services industry, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
